2008 Election Concerns..Are you satisfied?

The San Jose Mercury News has Senator Hillary Clinton at 1,045 delegate votes after Super Tuesday, and Senator Barack Obama at 960. Governor Mitt Romney has dropped out of the race, and Senator John Mc Cain in the lead for the Republican Party Nominee. Are these the results you expected? What do you hope to see happen? Explain your answer in depth.

  1. I don't really pay attention about the elections but i heard about what they say, all i want is no war and no racism its going to be really cool if there is a first woman as president. Hillary Clinton can be a good leader well so can Barack Obama this election is not going to be finish till someone wins so if Hillary Clinton messes up then Brarack Obama can go up so this is not over.

  2. From the looks of it, it looks like Hillary Clinton, is on top. Barack Obama is on a lower score than her. I think that Hillary Clinton is going to win it all and do better for sum people and bad for the people that might not want her and want Obama. For me it really doesnt matter who wins becuase im not even old enough to vote . So who ever is going to make it a better living for all is who i hope to win.But if there were to be a girl as president for the first time , then know one noes what to expect.

  3. Hillary Clinton winning the election I don't believe that at all. I thought that Barack Obama would be winning by now but I am wrong. I didn't expect this to happen. I don't know why people like Hillary Clinton, I don't know much about her but I don't think she is ready for this job because being president is a be job. The reason this a big job is because everyone looks up to you to make the United States better than it is now. I want Barack Obama to win for some reason, I don't why but I like him better then Hillary Clinton. I know that Hillary Clinton is more is very smart that is why people are voting for her. I hope that is Hillary Clinton wins that she does a better job at being president then Bush.

  4. Yes, because I want Hillary Clinton to win. I would like to see happen is that Hillary would get more votes then Obama n McCain. I don't like McCain because all he wants is war and to get all the Latinos out of the United States. The last to people i think would be head to head is Hillary Clinton and John McCain. If it was between them two i would rather vote for Hillary because she want to make peace with Iraq and to give equal right to all the Latinos.

  5. This aren't the results I expected because I thought the republican race was going to be tough, now there are only two republicans. Everyone knows that John Mc Cain will win the republican nomination. I hope to see John Mc Cain competing against Barack
Obama. Mostly I want Barack Ombama to win because he will give imagrnats license or even residency.

  6. I don't like politics. Idon't like voting. The reason that I don't like voting/politics is because I don't choosing the person that is gonig to be the next president. If I do choose I wouldn't know if I choose wrong. Adrian4

  7. These are the results that I was actually expecting but I didn't expect to see one of the candidates to drop out of the race! Ever since the candidates for the 2008 presidential election were announced, I knew that Hilary Clinton was going to be in the lead or win the election because her husband, Bill Clinton, was a former president and that gave Hilary Clinton an advantage. I would like to see Hilary Clinton win because I think it would be a good thing to have a female president. If Hilary doesn't win, I would like Barack Obama to be the president.

  8. I think Hillary Clinton is the most vote in whole country. She will be the first woman president of United States. Senator Barack Obama is losing in vote in whole country. Everyone liked Hillary Clinton is very smart, strong, and more idea. I hope to see Hillary Clinton is winning for the vote. Senator Barack Obama is kind of losing. I think he didn't have more ideas. He didn't have experience. But, he kind a nice person. He speak very well, but he didn't have ideas.

  9. I did expect the results that that are in right now because I was voting Hilary Clinton all the way. I know it might seem a little weird because Hilary is going to be the first women president and people always say that men should run the country, but it might be interesting in what she does if she wins. On the other hand Barack Obama still has a chance to win. People also say that he doesn't have enough experience to run the country, well if he didn't have enough experience then why would he be running at all.

  10. This is not the results I expected. I was hoping that Obama would have more than he does now. I'm expecting Obama will win the race to be the next president. I want him to win because I feel that they're better chances that things will change and that he will win because they're is hope in it. I feel that Hilary is a tough person but i feel she isn't up to the challenges that a president would face. I feel more for Obama because he speaks of strong words and makes younger people think of it. I sort of want Hilary to win because it would be great to have a lady as a president and to represent us women. But I feel that strong about Obama because he speak of god deeds. Hilary does to but it doesn't show power to me about her. Moreover if i had a chance i would vote for Barack Obama as president. It he will go down in history for being the first African American to be president.

  11. I'm not surprised at all at the results, except for the fact that Huckabee hasn't dropped out yet.

McCain's the obvious Republican nominee, but I wonder who's going to be his VP, as he clashed with nearly all of his rivals. On the Democratic side, it's either going to be Clinton-Obama or Obama-Clinton (though I would like to see Obama-Edwards.)
